Cheese Chips Recipe

Materials Make Cheese Chips:

     250 g flour
     25 g of starch
     75 g grated cheese
     1 egg
     50 ml coconut milk
     1/4 teaspoon baking soda
     50 g sesame
     1 teaspoon salt
     1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to Make Cheese Chips:
  1.      Mix flour, tapioca flour, cheese, baking soda, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  2.     Add the eggs and milk, knead until smooth. Add sesame then milled dough and trimmed up to 1 mm thick.
  3.    Cut into shapes of animals or other characters are funny. Heat oil, fry chips until golden yellow. Remove and drain.
  4.      Store in an airtight jar.
To 8 servings
