Recipe Soup Gindara

Materials Sop Gindara:

200 g meat gindara
150 g fresh sweet corn, comb
750 ml water
2 tablespoons celery slices, sprinkle
1 tablespoon margarine for frying

Soup Seasoning Gindara:

1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tsp pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp fish sauce

How to make meatballs Gindara:
 
Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a saucepan, stir-fry seasoning soup gindara until wilted and fragrant.
Add beef and gindara water, boiled meat and gindara tender.
Enter sweet corn comb, cook until cooked corn. lift.
Serve hot sprinkled with celery leaves.
